Originally from the New York City area, Renee Merritt relocated to Arizona more than three decades ago, bringing with her a lifelong appreciation for exceptional homes, architecture, and timeless design. Raised in a family-owned construction business, she developed an early understanding of the craftsmanship, vision, and enduring quality that distinguish truly remarkable properties—an influence that would ultimately shape her career in luxury real estate.

Now celebrating two decades of serving Arizona's most discerning clientele, Renee founded Merritt Estates with a vision: to create an intentionally boutique brokerage devoted to a highly personalized level of representation that today's luxury client increasingly seeks but rarely finds. As Founder, Owner, and Designated Broker, she has built the firm around the belief that exceptional service is never defined by the number of clients represented, but by the depth of each relationship.
